JunkHQ is an all-in-one platform for junk removal businesses. It replaces the separate website builder, quote form, scheduling calendar, routing app, and invoicing tool that most haulers stitch together, with one product built around how junk removal jobs actually work.
On the customer side, each business gets a branded website that JunkHQ sets up and hosts. Customers describe what they need removed, add a few photos, and get a price right away. They then book an open time slot online. Afterward they can check their appointment, approve an estimate, pay a deposit or balance, or request another pickup through a secure customer portal.
On the business side, an operations dashboard handles the rest:
Leads and quoting. Every request arrives with the customer's details, address, photos, and price. Staff can adjust any quote.
Scheduling. The booking calendar follows business hours and truck capacity, so the business never takes on more jobs than its trucks can cover.
Routing. Each truck's stops are ordered automatically, and crews see the day's route on their phones.
Estimates, invoicing, and payments. Collect deposits and payments by card or bank transfer, send a payment link from the driveway, or log cash and checks. Funds settle directly to the business's own bank account.
Job proof. Jobs are closed out with photos and a customer signature.
Customer records and reporting. Job history, lead sources, close rate, revenue, and truck utilization in one place.
Higher plans add two-way customer texting, recurring and commercial contracts, QuickBooks sync, and a custom domain.
JunkHQ is priced by fleet size: $39 a month for one truck, $99 for up to three, and $199 for up to eight. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial.
