Tutorfolder is a web app built for independent language tutors and their adult students. It replaces the mix of shared folders, chat messages and spreadsheets many tutors juggle with one organised space. Each student gets their own hub with homework, practice exercises, materials, upcoming lessons and corrected writing, all in one place. For tutors: - Exercise library: build reusable exercise sets or import them from CSV - Homework: assign it, then review students' answers - Writing corrections: mark up students' texts with clear, inline feedback - Error log: track each student's recurring mistakes by category - Calendar and bookings for lessons - Private notes per student for lesson plans and payments Tutorfolder is available in English and Spanish. It runs in the browser on computers and phones, and data is stored in the EU. It was created by a working language tutor and is currently in beta with a group of tester tutors.
