TurnMyRental is turnover scheduling software for short-term rental hosts who keep their own cleaner. We read your booking calendar, text your cleaner about every turnover, and tell you when the property is guest-ready.
How it works
When a booking lands on your calendar, we work out the window between one guest leaving and the next arriving, from the checkout and check-in times you set for the property. We offer that clean to your cleaner by text, with the date, the checkout time and the pay if you set it, and they reply YES or NO. If they say no, we ask your backup cleaner, if you have added one. If they do not answer, we ask once more and then ask your backup. If nobody takes the turnover, it turns red on your dashboard so you can step in.
On the day
Your cleaner gets a reminder the day before and a private checklist link on the day. The checklist opens in their phone's browser, room by room, with photos on the items you choose, and there is no app, account or password. Before they finish, they tell us whether any supplies are running low, and they can report damage or other problems from the checklist.
What you hear
If you add your mobile number, we text you when your cleaner accepts, starts and finishes, and we warn you when a turnover has no cleaner, has not started or is at risk of not being ready for check-in. The finished report shows every checklist item, every photo and anything your cleaner flagged. A month calendar shows every clean and who has it.
Calendars
We read calendar links from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Hostaway, Guesty, Lodgify, Hospitable and any other booking site or property management system that publishes one. One property can read up to five links, so a place listed on Airbnb and Vrbo is one property with one schedule. OwnerRez can also be connected directly. We only read your calendar, and we never write bookings back to it.
Pricing
Plans are flat monthly by number of properties, from $7 a month for one property to $97 for up to 25, and every plan includes every feature. Every account starts with a free 14-day trial, and we do not ask for a card to start.
