TurfCaddie is the daily operating system for a golf course maintenance department, built by a working golf course superintendent and run every morning in a real maintenance shop.
The crew starts the day on the workboard: every job assigned, shown on the shop TV and on each crew member's phone in My Day, where completing a job takes one tap. Superintendents and assistants plan the week with drag-and-drop scheduling, track labor with built-in time and timesheets, and keep the whole operation in one place instead of a whiteboard, a group text, and three spreadsheets.
Compliance is built in, not bolted on. Spray and fertilizer applications are logged with product, rate, area, and applicator, and produce a clean printed record. Chemical inventory tracks stock, cost, and usage across the season, and a built-in fertilizer calculator handles the weekly math: how much product a target nutrient rate takes, what an application actually delivered, and what each product costs per pound of nutrient.
Inspections, equipment records, and service history round out the system. One flat annual price per facility covers every module and every user, published on our website for anyone to see.
