TUP.WMS

0 reviews

TUP.WMS is a customizable warehouse management software solution that goes far beyond traditional inventory management. It controls goods receipt, putaway, order picking, goods issue, and inventory counting—either manually, semi-automatically, or fully automatically. Whether it’s fixed, chaotic, or mixed storage, ABC classification, lot-based storage, or multi-stage picking methods such as pick-by-voice, pick-by-light, or goods-to-person: TUP.WMS supports all common warehouse types and process variants and can be customized to your operational requirements through parameterization, rather than imposing a rigid process model on you. As a central information system, TUP.WMS connects your warehouse data with upstream and downstream systems (including SAP MM/SD/QM/BW) and presents it in custom-configured dashboards—providing real-time transparency into inventory levels, movements, and key performance indicators. Reference projects such as Breuninger (three locations in a multi-channel warehouse) and Canyon (integration of production and warehouse logistics) demonstrate that TUP.WMS is not rolled out as a standard product, but rather tailored to the specific process landscape in collaboration with the project partner.

TUP.MFC

0 reviews

TUP.MFC is TUP’s material flow computer for manual and automated intralogistics systems. It coordinates fixed conveyor systems, forklifts, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), and personnel into a unified whole—with any number of reporting points, scalable from goods receipt to goods issue. Because intralogistics never stands still, TUP.MFC can be adapted during operation: new processes, products, or optimizations are integrated via graphical user interfaces without any production downtime. A market-proven set of rules ensures reliability and recovery strategies, for example, in the event of data loss in the PLC system. Vendor independence is a core principle, not an add-on: TUP.MFC connects to virtually any hardware via REST, SOAP, or MQTT—no vendor lock-in, full freedom of choice regarding conveyor systems and automation providers. Hosting is available on-premises, cloud-based, or in a hybrid configuration. Expandable to include warehouse execution functions, forklift guidance systems, AGV fleet management, and smart data analytics for pattern recognition in material flow. Currently in use at Bosch Mobility Aftermarket (retrofit during ongoing operations) and Zalando (Gryfino fulfillment center), among others.

What is TUP?

When a warehouse expands, becomes automated, or needs to serve new distribution channels, off-the-shelf software quickly reaches its limits. That’s exactly where TUP comes in: For over 40 years, we’ve been developing customized warehouse management solutions that adapt to your processes—not the other way around. With TUP.WMS and TUP.MFC, we cover the entire spectrum of intralogistics: from manually operated warehouses to highly automated facilities with conveyor systems, forklift guidance systems, and automated guided vehicles (AGVs). Over 1,000 completed projects—ranging from growing startups to international corporations such as Adidas, Bosch, Zalando, Breuninger, and Lidl—have shaped our repertoire of market-proven best-practice building blocks, which we apply to your specific requirements. For us, “software follows function” is not just a slogan, but a development principle: We build only what truly advances your operations. In doing so, we remain vendor-neutral—regardless of the ERP system, conveyor technology, or level of automation, we integrate with all systems and avoid vendor lock-in. As your project partner, we support you throughout the entire lifecycle: consulting, implementation, system integration, hosting (cloud, on-premises, or hybrid), training, and 24/7 support with a 30-minute response time. TUP.WMS bears the “Software Made in Germany” seal of quality.
