Trustifi is a great tool to protect against SPAM, Phishing, and other malicious email responses. We recently experienced a great deal of phishing emails in our district. Trustifi has locked down the messy world of email communication. Trustifi's email security and console offer our IT professionals a huge amount of email management for the safety and security of our school district. This is a great product and we are very pleased!

Setup was a snap, and once in place adding whitelist and blacklist entries by e-mail, domain, or ip was super easy. Further, by being able to review the Quarantine on a granular level, we can further refine what gets through and what is blocked. Customer support is also very prompt when we have questions.

Ease of use is the top feature, AI based filtering is great and love the details for threat analysis, love the process for Trusting senders without needing to trust domains, AI scanning for outbound encryption is great, rules are easy to make, and the new training program for suspicious email is a great improvment to what I've previously used in my opinion. The implementation is great, and I got on board when it wasn't as easy as it is now. Also Jeff has been an amazing company rep and support for us. Great experience and we've been on this over a year now. Finally gotta say pricing was very competitive. They were cheaper than the big boys and while they may not be the absolute cheapest (they shouldn't be for a quality product), I feel like they do a very fair pricing model.
