Ai driven, better UI, easy to understand & implement

I like how personalized the experience is and how much support they provide along the way. We really needed to start our compliance processes and Trustero was the one vendor that truly listened to our needs, customized a plan and made the process seamless.

The group that we have delt with are the most knowledgeable and supportive group of people I could ask for. They have helped us every step of the way through our SOC2 journey. The application is easy to use and well organized. It had many feature enhancements during our time with it that brought it from great to outstanding. The policy templates were easy to customize to our buisness needs and the evidence descriptions and objectives helped us to know that the information we were uploading was the right thing. Lastly, the integrations the tool uses pulls in information from places like AWS and Azure to help significantly reduce the amount of data you have to go hunting for. Very easy to implement.
