TrustShop: Product Reviews
TrustShop is review management software for ecommerce merchants. It collects, moderates, and displays customer reviews on an online store, and is administered from a dedicated dashboard that connects to Shopify.
The product automates review collection through post-purchase request emails, with optional discount incentives for customers who submit a review. Merchants can gather written reviews, star ratings, and photo and video content, then moderate, reply to, and publish submissions from a central interface.
Reviews are displayed on the storefront through configurable widgets, including product-page review blocks, homepage carousels, testimonial sliders, and standalone review pages. Widget layout, colors, and typography can be adjusted to match the store theme.
AI-assisted functions include review summarization, suggested replies, and translation of reviews into other languages. The product supports multi-language storefronts and generates structured data markup, allowing rating snippets to appear in Google Search results and Google Shopping listings.
Merchants moving from other platforms can import existing reviews from Amazon, AliExpress, Judge.me, Loox, and other review applications. TrustShop integrates with Shopify Flow for workflow automation.
