Trupeer solves about 90% of the hardest part of creating product demos, tutorials, and tours from scratch. It’s one of the few SaaS products I’ve used where AI was applied correctly from the start to address a real problem. It works well even when the source material is rough, and then you can refine and polish the details until it meets your own quality bar. The UX is frictionless, and the support, product, and engineering teams have been making steady improvements based on my team’s feedback, which has earned our trust as loyal customers. Their pricing offers excellent value for small 1–3 person teams as well as larger teams. Editing is quick and seamless, and export times are faster than I expected. The Chrome plugin is a helpful integration—especially for CS teams where production value isn’t a major concern—even though my team’s workflow has leaned more toward uploading local screen recordings instead.
