I think the best feature is definitely the tagging, which is very powerful and it helps a lot since we have hundreds of transactions a day. It's hard for us to manually identify each one, so the auto tagging based on description is very helpful. I also appreciate the customizable reports, as they allow us to organize everything into a readable format and cater to our needs, whether it's based on entity, country, currency, or tag categories. The AI function, though not used as much, sometimes helps in getting quick data to present to our executives. The customer support team is also pretty active in addressing our concerns.

I like that Trovata's features are easy to identify and use, and the interface is intuitive. The autofill features and options make writing Tag formulas easy. I also enjoy the daily cash report that gets emailed to our team at the same time each day, which is very helpful. Trovata will be beneficial in monitoring the cash activity of our international offices once they have their bank accounts set up with JPMC. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy, and our Customer Success Manager, Nicki Matchett, was extremely helpful in ensuring we were always making progress.
