Troopd is AI workforce software that deploys autonomous agentic colleagues to execute complete business roles while maintaining human oversight. These agentic colleagues integrate into existing systems, handling routine tasks and complex compliance requirements without infrastructure changes. The platform's first agentic colleague, Audit Narayan, specializes in Indian labour law compliance. It performs payroll audits, statutory checks, calculations for minimum wage, bonus, and gratuity, etc. The agent verifies daily payroll elements like provident fund, employee state insurance, professional tax, and overtime. Troopd's architecture supports expansion into operations, revenue, and back-office functions.
