Keyio is management software for owners and managers of rental properties in Spain. Its Compliance plan handles the guest registration required by Royal Decree 933/2021: you send the guest a link, they fill in their details and sign on their phone, with nothing to install and in 12 languages, and Keyio files the report with SES.HOSPEDAJES automatically. It includes the guest register book and the tourist tax calculation. It costs €0.99 per property per month billed yearly, or €1.25 month to month, VAT included. There are no booking commissions, no minimum number of properties and no lock-in. The trial lasts 30 days and asks for no card. Higher plans add full PMS features like contracts, expenses, invoicing and a tax report.
