It covers the daily work of running a studio: recurring lesson scheduling with makeup credits that track their own expiration, per-family invoices with card and bank payments through Stripe, attendance, and parent messaging by text or email. Parents get their own portal for schedules, invoices, and rescheduling, and they sign in with a code texted to their phone, so nobody has to remember another password. Practice engagement is built in rather than bolted on. Students log practice from their phones, earn badges, and keep streaks going between lessons, and you can see who actually practiced before they walk in the door. The AI earns its place instead of being a checkbox. Trio drafts your lesson notes so parents hear from you after every lesson, and the built-in assistant answers questions about your own studio, like who has an open invoice or an expiring makeup credit, rather than generic chatbot answers. Trio is a modern web app that works the same on a phone as on a laptop, with nothing to install.
