Trevio is a web-based practice management system for accounting firms in Brazil. It organizes the work around bookkeeping and runs alongside the accounting software the firm already uses, such as Domínio or Alterdata.
Each client company is registered once: the CNPJ fills in the record and the A1 digital certificate is stored encrypted, with expiry alerts. From there, Trevio collects incoming and outgoing electronic invoices (NF-e, CT-e, NFS-e) as XML by company and period, ready to import into the accounting system; replaces the Simples Nacional spreadsheet with a monthly tax calculation that keeps the history; gives clients a portal for tax guides, documents and requests; issues NF-e, CT-e and NFS-e for the firm's clients; and turns fees into bank slips with Pix, settled from the bank's return file.
It also covers the collective labor agreement in force for each company, client onboarding and offboarding, reports derived from the company records, and the firm's WhatsApp inside the team's routine. Interface in Brazilian Portuguese.
