Trendminer is easy to use, yet powerwul. We have many facilities around the world using a variety of data sources (data historian systems, SQL databases, etc.) and Trendminer allows us to put all this data together for monitoring and analysis. Customer Support is second to none. I have used the Chat with Us feature quite a few times and always received a useful response in a timely fashion. I also joined the Trendminer Community and found many nice tricks and ideas there, exchanging with Trendminer employees and customers. I like that they also publish many surveys about their planned improvements. It gives us a sense that our opinion matters
