The people and the advisory process. The team has been thoughtful, practical, and genuinely invested in helping us improve over time. They took the time to understand our business, our clients’ expectations, etc, then helped guide us toward the right priorities, services, and solutions. The guidance has always felt pragmatic and tailored rather than formulaic. I should say though that their platform and tools for analysis/assessment and ongoing monitoring are also very well designed, intuitive, straightforward to use, and still deep enough to provide meaningful visibility into progress and risk areas.
