One factory. Machines from many manufacturers. In one account. Transaction-Network is vendor-neutral software for service and maintenance in machine and plant engineering. Maintenance teams manage all their machines in one account, whoever built them. Every machine has its own record with manual, spare parts catalog, maintenance and service history. Faults and maintenance run as tickets, and spare parts are ordered directly from each manufacturer, at the manufacturer's price. The Service Brain, an AI, answers questions from manuals, maintenance and fault history, across all manufacturers and always with the source. Machine builders join and bring documents, spare parts and service straight into their customers' accounts. They choose modules for e-commerce, service requests, maintenance, asset management, the Cyber Resilience Act and IoT. Where live data is needed, the IoT Hub connects machines via OPC UA, Modbus TCP, REST or MQTT. Existing maintenance, ERP and field service systems stay in place. For maintenance teams, machine records, maintenance, tickets and ordering are free. Hosted in Frankfurt, Germany; we work in line with ISO/IEC 27001, the SOC 2 criteria and NIS-2.
