Improved notepad for windows

|Tex-Edit Plus
Like windows notepad but with extra really useful things like insert a number before any line to creat a list in seconds, you can change fonts inside the program to see the files and some funny extras like ASCII art and everything saved to .txt format.

The best text editor

|Tex-Edit Plus
I like that the editor is very lightweight and doesn't consume many resources. Additionally, it is very easy to use from the get-go. There is no configuration required out of the box, which means there is no learning curve. I prefer this over a typical vim editor as it allows one to bold and underline and do other basic editing tasks.

Great reliable full featured editor
