aText is super easy to use. I used to use TextExpander, which is much more expensive, and haven't missed it at all. It's very robust and easy to manage.

Saves time and insures uniform language

It is very easy to create short cuts of snippets on the fly by merely selecting the text you have already typed and choosing aText from the menu bar. I have been able to create a variety of snippets that I include in both emails I send to recruits and also that I enter into my CRM. This assures uniformity and consistency with entries so that I can search for them easily.

I found aText very intuitive to use right out of the box. As soon as I opened it for the first time, I knew exactly what to do and which fields to fill out to begin using aText functionally. There were no superfluous setup steps required.
