Trainpad is a workout logging web app for personal trainers. Trainpad is built for semi-private training, the format where two to four clients train in the same hour on different programs. Trainpad runs in a browser on a tablet the trainer holds, so clients never need an account of their own. In a Trainpad session every client has a pane on screen for the full hour, showing their next exercise, the prescription, and the input to log it. A set takes two taps. Each client's program is snapshotted when the session starts, so editing a template later never rewrites what already happened. A client who does not turn up is marked Missing in one tap and the session carries on. Trainpad is for personal trainers running semi-private sessions: two to four clients in the same hour, each on a different program. Trainpad suits trainers coming off paper, off a notes app, or off a per client coaching platform whose pricing outgrew what they use. Trainpad is a poor fit for one to one remote coaching, where the client logs their own sessions between check ins. TrueCoach and Trainerize are built for that. Trainpad is also a poor fit for teams training in unison on one shared program, which is what TeamBuildr is for. Trainpad costs $19 per month or $190 per year, flat, regardless of client count, therefore Trainpad does not charge per client. Every account starts with a 14 day free trial that needs no credit card, and every purchase carries a 30 day money back guarantee.

A client who does not turn up is marked Missing in one tap and the session carries on. Trainpad costs $19 per month or $190 per year, flat, regardless of client count, therefore Trainpad does not charge per client, unlike the coaching platforms it is usually compared against. Every account starts with a 14 day free trial that needs no credit card. Trainers whose clients need their own logins should not choose Trainpad, because it is a coach side tool by design. Trainpad launched in 2026 and is built and operated by Mahammad Manafov, a sole proprietor in Azerbaijan. Trainpad is a solo project rather than a company, and is currently in beta.
