TradingForms is a free toolbox for the paperwork of buying and selling across borders, built for importers, exporters, freight forwarders and small trading businesses. Fill in trade documents such as a proforma invoice, commercial invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin or purchase order with a live preview, then download them as PDF, Word or Excel. Run the numbers with calculators for CBM, cubic feet, dimensional weight, shipping container dimensions, markup, gross profit and VAT, each showing its formula so you can check the answer. Each of the 11 Incoterms 2020 rules is explained with a cost and risk chart, and an Incoterms chooser suggests the right rule for a shipment. There is also a trade glossary, bill of sale forms for US states, HR letter formats, and an HSN code finder with India GST rates. There is no account to create and no download limit. Calculators and document generators run in your browser, so what you type is not uploaded. The site is available in eight languages.
