FieldScan uses your iPhone Pro's LiDAR sensor to scan any room in about 30 seconds — capturing floor plan dimensions that flow directly into your estimates. No tape measure, no second trip, no manual entry. The Rate Calculator figures out exactly what you need to charge per hour based on your real overhead expenses, salary goals, and target profit margin. Add a new monthly expense and your rate updates automatically. Running a crew? TradePilot calculates a separate billable rate for each employee. Pilot AI uses your price book, your rates, and your markup to generate accurate line-item estimates — not numbers pulled from generic databases. Review, adjust, and send a clean proposal when it's ready.
