TradeFlare is a mobile app for trade contractors such as plumbing, HVAC and electrical crews. It combines an AI front desk with the tools a small shop uses every day to run jobs and get paid. The AI front desk answers the company's business line around the clock and tells callers they are speaking with an AI assistant. It takes the caller's name, number, address and problem, saves the call as a lead with a summary, transcript and recording, and flags emergencies with a loud alert to the on-call phone. When the owner turns on AI booking, it checks open slots against business hours, job lengths and technician availability and books the caller onto the schedule. Leads from calls, a website lead form and forwarded lead emails (for example from Angi, Thumbtack, Yelp or Houzz) land in one inbox, each tagged with its source. A sales funnel report shows lead, quote, scheduled, completed and paid, with cost per lead, close rate and ROI by source. TradeFlare runs on iPhone and Android, month to month with no contract.
