TrackMyRent is a French rental management software for individual landlords. It lets landlords track rent payments for free (2 properties, 4 tenants), generate legally compliant rent receipts as PDFs and send them to tenants by secure link, email, SMS or WhatsApp. It supports shared flats natively, calculates annual rent revisions with the INSEE reference rent index, and works offline as a Progressive Web App. The interface is in French and the product is built for the French rental market.
