The support staff are great and very open to requests for help when needed. This system is specific for ERM, and does not include other elements found in more sophisticated systems that may not be necessary for just the ERM process. It is also customizable.

The cloud based platform with risk assesment voting capability makes for a highly collaborative rsik assessment and monitoring end-user expereince. Outstanding platform. We are just at the early stages of implementing Tracker, and so far, our experience has been positive. We wanted to create a structure for our risk management process that engages teams across the organization to integrate risk management into our everyday operations. The ERM team has been accommodating for any questions that we have, and the response time is quick. The system has been relatively user-friendly and is easy to navigate. The bow tie will be helpful for users to think about the entire risk, from its root cause to mitigation strategies. I am looking forward to using the voting functionality and assigning the risk action items. Using this system will be a significant improvement from using our current excel file to track our risks.
