Track My Keys

1 review

Track My Keys is a QR-based key tracking system that replaces expensive key cabinets, RFID fobs, and shared spreadsheets. Print a QR tag for every key ring, and your team checks keys in and out by scanning the tag with their phone camera — no special hardware, no app-store install, no fobs or readers. Every check-in, check-out, and transfer is time stamped automatically, giving property managers, cleaning companies, and short-term rental hosts a live audit trail of exactly who has which keys and when they're due back. Overdue keys surface on the dashboard the moment they cross your custom hour threshold, so nothing slips through the cracks during turnovers. Built as a mobile-first Progressive Web App, Track My Keys installs to a phone's home screen and works on any device the team already carries. It supports shift handoffs with scan-to-accept transfers, return-point requirements for office check-ins, and admin-controlled team roles with private QR codes — staff scans without ever seeing the codes themselves. The app is available in nine languages, making it practical for multilingual field crews. Pricing starts at $27/month for the whole team — no per-seat fees.
