DIRS21 is a hotel distribution software for hotels in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH), used by single properties and hotel chains alike. The Channelmanager connects hotels to online travel agencies (OTAs) and synchronizes rates and availability across channels. The booking engine DIRS21 One handles commission-free direct bookings on the hotel's own website. Additional modules cover payment processing (Pay & Secure), online sales of meetings and events (MICE), bookable add-on services such as spa treatments or e-bikes, also for guests without a room booking (PLUS), gift vouchers (Gutscheinshop), guest communication and guest retention. DIRS21 integrates with property management systems (PMS), including Protel, ibelsa and gastronovi, and is a Connectivity Partner of Booking.com. Hotels manage rates, availability and booking rules centrally in the DIRS21 Cockpit.
