Comment Command is a workspace for teams that handle YouTube comments. It syncs comments from your channels and sorts them with AI into questions, complaints, requests, praise, spam and other, with a sentiment score.
From one queue across your channels, you can draft replies with AI and review them before anything is posted, use saved replies, assign comments to teammates, leave notes, and delete spam one at a time or in batches. You can see the most common questions across your videos, and export comments to Excel to share with a client.
Instagram comments are included on the Pro and Agency plans, and X mentions are an Agency add-on. It doesn't publish or schedule posts, and it has no mobile app: it does comment work only.
