Tormano CRM is a customer relationship management platform built directly on QuickBooks Online, for businesses that keep their books in QuickBooks and are tired of holding a CRM and a ledger in sync by hand. Customers, invoices, payments, recurring invoices and customer statements sync both ways, so the CRM and the accounting system hold the same records instead of two lists joined by an export. Vendors, bills, expenses, journal entries, purchase orders, inventory, budgets, tax rates, time tracking and deposits are included too, and that depth is on the entry plan at $35 per seat rather than held back for a top tier. Around it sits a full CRM: contacts, companies and deals on a Kanban pipeline, activities and tasks, custom fields, import and export, web forms, email templates, automations, lead scoring, meeting scheduling with public booking pages, and reporting. Higher tiers add email campaigns, custom dashboards and analytics, quotes and invoicing, approval workflows, a visual workflow builder, a client portal, Xero, Zapier, and an AI suite with predictive scoring, sentiment analysis and an AI email agent. The top tier adds revenue recognition with ASC 606 tracking, a custom object builder, nine-role RBAC, field-level permissions, SSO/SAML, and API and webhook access. Tormano Nonprofit is a donor management and fundraising CRM built directly on QuickBooks Online, for nonprofits that keep their books in QuickBooks and do not want donor data living in a separate system from the ledger. Donors, organizations and households sit alongside donations, pledges, recurring gifts, grants, programs, events and volunteers, with nonprofit terminology throughout rather than a sales CRM with a donor label on it. Gifts post to QuickBooks against the right fund's income account, and fund accounting is on every paid plan: fund balances, functional expense allocation, Form 990 preparation and grant budget-versus-actual. Tax receipts, giving statements, duplicate detection and an audit trail are built in. Pricing is flat-rate with unlimited users, so adding the finance team, volunteer coordinators and the board does not change what you pay. Starter is $59 a month, Standard $119 and Professional $299, around 17 percent less on annual billing. Standard adds a donor portal, volunteer shift scheduling and hour logging, memberships, multi-currency, email campaigns and custom dashboards. Professional adds predictive donor scoring, public-filings prospect research, a custom object builder, API and webhooks, nine-role RBAC and SSO/SAML.
