Sells unavailable seats
I booked tickets through Seat Geek because it was cheaper than any other ticketing website. However when I got to the event, the ticket takers told me that my tickets did not work/the venue was overbooked. The venue still let me in as I had a valid ticket after some troubles, and seat geek gave me a refund as well, so I was happy with their resolution. However, I feel that should not have happened in the first place.

This company is fraudulent
There is literally nothing good about SeatGeek. They are a fraudulent company that should be subject to class action lawsuits from consumers who they have stolen money from.

I think SeatGeek is very easy to use, I really find it helpful and convenient. Fairly new to using but don't have any complaints.
