What I like most about TOPIX is that we can truly map our processes end-to-end in one system: From central lead capture from all channels, through a transparent sales pipeline with offer and contract templates, to automatically created projects with clear tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines. Particularly strong is the direct connection between project work, time tracking, and billing – hours are neatly assigned and can be transparently transferred into invoices. Additionally, there are meaningful dashboards for finance and controlling, as well as automations that reliably trigger follow-ups, status changes, and internal tasks. Overall, TOPIX does not feel like a rigid ERP, but like a modern, modular platform where CRM, ERP, projects, billing, and evaluations truly interlock.
