I had worked with multiple ATS systems in the past and nothing compares to Top Echelon. I switched over to Big Biller 6+ years ago and have not turned back since. Very easy to use. Integrating customers and candidates is simple. Support is top notch and the continual updating of the software helps keep our company standards high.
