Tono drafts customer quotes and Google review replies for home service contractors: plumbers, electricians, HVAC and roofing businesses. A contractor sets their trades, rates and job types once. A customer then asks for a price through the contractor's Tono quote link. Tono asks the follow-up questions the contractor would ask, prices the job from their own rates, and sends the draft to approve, edit or decline. The customer sees nothing until the contractor approves it. For Google reviews, Tono drafts a reply in the contractor's tone and posts nothing without approval. It learns from every approval and edit, and after about twenty approvals it has enough examples to recognize the patterns that contractor repeats. Replies post to Google Business Profile by OAuth, which can be disconnected at any time. Approvals reach the contractor by link today, and by text once US carrier registration clears. There is no app to install. Pricing is flat monthly and never a percentage of a job.
