TofuPilot builds a manufacturing test data platform for hardware engineering teams. Test stations on production lines upload results from Python test scripts, and TofuPilot turns them into first pass yield, process capability and traceability analytics. It integrates with OpenHTF, pytest and Robot Framework in one line of code, deploys versioned test procedures to production stations, and provides an operator interface for the factory floor. Customers use it to catch measurement drift before it causes rejects, trace any unit by serial number down to its sub-assemblies, and replace spreadsheets or in-house SQL databases for test data.
