It runs on the iPad, Android tablet, or Windows computer a salon already owns, and works alongside the salon's existing card machine, so there is no new hardware or processor to switch to. Walk-in clients check themselves in on a tablet, a fair turn system shows the whole team who is next, and checkout handles services, tips, discounts, and split payments in one tap. Online booking from the salon's website lands directly on the POS schedule, text appointment reminders are included in every plan, and gift cards, reports, close-day, and payroll exports are built in. The interface is available in English, Vietnamese, and Spanish, and each technician can pick their own language in the tech phone app. TLNA is based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, and offers setup and training in all three languages.
