Sign PDF is an online e-signature service for individuals and small businesses. Upload a PDF, Word document or photo of a page and it places the signature, initials, date and name boxes for each signer, using the wording around each blank to tell one party's boxes from another's. Edit anything by dragging, or type an instruction such as "tenant initials every page". Signers need no account: they confirm a six-digit code sent to their email and sign on any phone or computer, with signing pages in English or Arabic. When everyone has signed, the PDF is sealed with a digital signature and an independent DigiCert timestamp, and a certificate of completion is added showing each signer's verified email, IP address, device and the time of each step. Anyone can verify a copy at signpdf.ai/verify. Signing your own PDFs is free. Sending costs $5 a month for two documents or $10 a month for unlimited documents, or 20% less paid yearly, with no annual contract.
