My work introduced me to Burnalong, and it has been a great tool. I use it to get a quick office workout and learn simple and easy-to-understand nutritional tools. I love using Burnalong; it helps me keep a steady routine. Plenty of classes and instructors to choose from as well.

BurnAlong has been quite informative and engaging, since I started using the platform in June 2022, when our company registered. It has allowed me to me more aware or better informed of some notions which I have heard overtime. I therefore understand, better, why and how things are done, especially as it relates to meal prep, mindfulness, exercise routines, financial management and insurance. I have shed some pounds, from some of the exercise routines which I am participating in and I am still working at it 😊 ...
