Titulis is a French AI platform that turns a public-sector tender pack into a complete, ready-to-submit bid response. It reads the buyer's consultation documents, extracts the scoring grid, the required forms, the lots and the clauses that get bids rejected, then writes a technical proposal aligned to each criterion and its weighting. It also fills the official French forms (DC1, DC2, DUME, acte d'engagement) and carries prices into the buyer's own price schedule. A BOAMP and TED tender watch is included with every account: matching opportunities are scored 0-100 and delivered twice a day. A second model checks the proposal before export and flags any claim not backed by the company's own data. Customer documents and account data are stored in the European Union; some subprocessors are US-based under EU-approved transfer safeguards, and no customer data trains AI models. Pricing is public and self-service, with a free preview of the written proposal before payment.
