An intuitive and straightforward software, tabs are clear and client management system is simple but easy to use. It is very intuitive to use as both a studio owner and as a client. Integrated with stripe so I don't have to worry about accepting payments online and easy to create different services, pricings and coupon codes. The pricing is very reasonable for what you get; truly an honest, no frills solution, perfect for a boutique business that is still too small to justify bigger spendings on more established software with more functions than I need, and I realized after setting up with time2book that I will likely not pivot for the near future as we grow. I believe their pricing model is one of the most honest in the industry, in that they do not make it impossible to work with the lower tiers, and the upgrades to the higher tiers match the scaling of a business. I was impressed by the team's work to improve the system, with the launch of the new 'announcement' feature available for even the lowest tier proving that the team is looking out for all their clients, regardless of their size.
