Timberflow is project management and invoicing software that integrates time tracking, estimates, invoices, and project monitoring into a seamless workflow. Estimates convert into project records, tracked hours become invoice line items, and previously billed hours are automatically excluded to prevent double billing. Invoices link directly to work performed, giving clients full transparency on billed hours. The platform complies with Italian fiscal regulations, including flat-rate taxation, withholding taxes, stamp duties, certified email, and SDI codes. It works offline as an installable app on both desktop and mobile, with optional cloud backup. The financial dashboard tracks revenue, payments, outstanding credits, and tax accrual estimates.
