TicknCook is a kitchen display system (KDS) for restaurants, fast food, pizzerias, dark kitchens and chains. It replaces paper tickets with synchronized screens in the kitchen, at the counter, at the pass and in the dining room, so orders show up in real time, already sorted by station, with prep timers and colour codes. Unlike the KDS module of a single POS, TicknCook is independent: it connects to POS systems (Zelty, L'Addition, Last.app, Popina, SumUp...) and directly to Uber Eats, Deliveroo and DOOD, even without a POS. Dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders are centralised on the same screens. Station routing, multi-step preparations, course management, customer-facing order status screen, courier tracking, label and ticket printing (Epson, Zebra) and preparation-time statistics are included in every plan.
