Thrive is a digital Human Resources SaaS that is offered as a subscription partnership for employers and HR firms to manage employee offboarding or employee internal redeployment by connecting users to a potentially unlimited market of human resources and personal services relevant during a career transition process. The self-selection marketplace offers a uniquely different model to traditional outplacement where employees are typically assigned a pre-selected package of services. In addition to the foundational features available in Thrive's sibling product, CareerJSM (www.careerjsm.com), the marketplace has existing vendor partnerships with a range of online education service providers, skills and personal assessment services and is localized with service providers for contemporary services like branding, photography (headshots), entrepreneurship services etc as required. A suite of traditional HR services are provided by Thrive's HR Agency partners in Canada, Australia and German markets. The product can be acquired directly by employers within it's three established market's (Canada, Australia and Germany). Thrive is also seeking a revenue share subscription partnership with Human Resource Agencies in additional countries.
