Callboard

Callboard MDM gives managers a live view of every call on their team's Android work mobiles. See who is on a call, which missed calls nobody has returned, and calls, talk time and unique callers for each person, on one live board that can stay open on an office screen. It works with any carrier on the numbers and SIMs a business already has. There's no porting and no new phone system. IT teams deploy it through managed Google Play with Microsoft Intune, Samsung Knox, IBM MaaS360, Scalefusion, Google Workspace or any Android Enterprise MDM. Permissions are granted by policy and each phone enrols itself. Calls can be logged automatically in Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Zoho and Pipedrive, with webhooks and an API for anything else. Each business gets a dedicated workspace, Australian data stays in Australia, and privacy compliance is built into setup. Priced per phone per month in AUD, with a free trial and no lock-in. A partner program is available for MSPs and MDM resellers.
