Every delivery date an agency gives a client is either a probability they can defend or a guess they're hoping holds. PtahCast exists to make it the former.
PtahCast is a delivery forecasting platform purpose-built for digital agencies and client-services delivery teams. Rather than relying on a single hoped-for completion date, PtahCast runs 10,000 Monte Carlo simulations against a team's actual historical cycle-time data to generate three probability-based delivery dates: Aggressive (P50), Commercial (P85), and Safe (P95).
Under the hood, PtahCast includes a Kanban board with priorities, epics, assignees, and per-column WIP limits; flow metrics covering cycle time, throughput, and cumulative flow; and accountability logging that tracks every forecast against what actually shipped, building a transparent, auditable record of forecast accuracy over time. Higher-tier plans support white-labeling, so agencies can present client-facing forecast portals under their own brand and domain.
