thēma is a web-based practice management platform built for psychologists and psychotherapists working in Italy. It combines encrypted client records, an appointment calendar with reminders, and clinical notes with AI-assisted summaries. Invoicing follows Italian rules for psychologists, including the ENPAP contribution and stamp duty, and links payments to sessions. Practitioners manage GDPR consents and data export from the same place. With «Incarica thēma», users can delegate routine tasks such as preparing a session briefing. The service is designed for solo practitioners and small practices and is available in Italian.
