I had no idea what a FLOW state was or the impact it has on my ability to stay focused without medication and do my best work in less time till Sukha. I had tried many other apps, but they all just did one thing - flow music, distraction blockers, pomodoro timers, etc. Sukha is the only one I have found that has it all in one place. Not only does it have amazing flow music, pomodoro timers, distraction blockers but it has an assistant that breaks down hard tasks, integrates with Google, Linear and Todoist (which I use for my job) and a community so I don't feel alone. Now I can finally get through my work FASTER and have my nights back to spend with my 10 month old son and not have to work. Can't recommend it enough. Thank you Sukha for changing my life.
