Every pitch is tracked from pitched through to booked. A weekly email lists pitches that have had no reply for seven days or more, so follow-ups are not missed. Agencies can run several clients and campaigns in one account, and teammates sign in on their own logins.
Active Australian and New Zealand shows are also listed publicly, with their topics, latest episode, how often they post and whether they feature outside guests.
