tersOS is coworking space management software that runs the whole space from one system. Staff handle room and desk bookings, memberships, invoices and billing agreements, a shared inbox with a prospects CRM, newsletters, events and venue hire, and the TVs in the space, all from one backoffice. Members get an app on iOS, Android and the web for bookings, invoices, parcels, check-in, and the community feed and chat. A live floor plan shows every room and desk with its status, and screens on room doors show the day's bookings. Visitors use a branded Public Hub to browse rooms, request day passes and register for events without an account. tersAI, the built-in assistant, answers questions and takes action, such as booking a room or finding a parcel, for staff, members and visitors, using the space's live data. tersOS is built by the team that runs tershouse, a coworking space in Sarajevo. Pricing is per location, per month: a platform plan plus the modules you need.
