User-Friendly Platform with Excellent Support and Strong ROI
The reason I chose Teramind over other systems is because the platform is very user-friendly and easy to use. Furthermore, the customer support is excellent: you get responses from real people, not just a bot, and they're almost always online.
Regarding cost-benefit, during the time I've used Teramind, we've detected more than five users misusing or falsifying actions on their computers, so the return on investment is clear. I also appreciate that, for an additional fee, video call storage lasts for a full year. Finally, the AI integration (OMNI) has made detecting fraudulent activity on devices much easier, so I can rest assured that users aren't misusing the equipment in that way.
