I find Tequipy's platform extremely intuitive and simple. It looks the best out of other ITAM provider platforms that I've seen. I really appreciate their internal team; they care, pay attention, and make the time to get whatever they can across the line when needed. The initial setup was super easy. Adding in entities and address book information was simple, and making orders was the same. I was also impressed by how quickly devices are added to the platform upon request.

I like Tequipy's good responsiveness, problem-solving attitude, and global coverage. It really stands out that I don't need to have a local IT department in every country we operate in. I also appreciate that if our company wants to hire in remote locations, like Colombia or the Philippines, I don't have to worry about how the equipment will be delivered and configured, as Tequipy takes care of that for me. Additionally, the initial setup was relatively easy.
